We harvest juniper berries in late autumn, carefully selecting them and infusing them with Roman wormwood and coriander to extract their aromatic components. In the subsequent stages of distillation and blending, infusions of botanical herbs are added, their notes intertwining in a balanced harmony of flavours. This is how Kranebet defines its character: harmony born from intuition.

THE ART OF DISTILLATION

Our gin is the result of the skilled gestures of master distillers. Today, as a century ago, Kranebet is created through the distillation of botanicals in a traditional copper bain-marie still. The heat spreads evenly, capturing and preserving the most intense and pure notes of the botanicals—a continuous dialogue between technique, experience, and care. Nothing is left to chance; everything contributes to the smooth, final harmony.
